Version 3 (V3) Updates (as of June 2025)
New Activities:
● New Lesson (1.4 How do we know salt is still there?) to introduce ideas of properties like conductivity and density and introduce particle models
● New Video: Watch: Salts & Salt Mine

Modifications:
● Reordered: Why do we use salt in food to now be Lesson 1.1; includes more graphs and data analysis
● Modified "Types of Salt Lab" to include other samples to compare salt and Post-Lab introduces chemical formulas and elements
