In this year-long sequence, students complete 6 high school chemistry units around 22 food-based phenomena. A comprehensive list of topics covered in this sequence can be found here.
 
This year-long sequence includes:
- Unit plans
- Detailed day-by-day lesson plans
- Classroom slides that walk through each activity for each day
- Student handouts and activities
- Assessments that are aligned to 3D learning and NGSS and include answer keys and rubrics for grading and evaluation
- Custom online simulations and interactives for students
- Anchor readings (textbook-like readings) specifically tailored to phenomena and concepts
 
Classroom slides and student handouts are shared as view-only folders in Google Drive and can be downloaded, copied, and adapted for personal teacher use.
 
Teacher lesson plan and lab preparation documents are provided as view-only documents that cannot be copied to ensure they remain secure while still being fully accessible for classroom use.
